13th Annual Two-Fly Fly Fishing Challenge - May 18-20, 2012

The 13th Annual 2-Fly  fly fishing challenge will take place on the Awesome Au Sable River on May 18 - May 19! Coupled with a myriad of natural wonders in the Adirondacks, the Au Sable and its productive pocket water offer the solitude and challenge no fly fisher can resist.  Each year this event attracts fishermen from all over the country.
The Catch-n-Release challenge takes place on a designated section of the Au Sable River, accessing a variety of waters and conditions.  It’s a time-limited contest where fishermen use two flies of their choosing.  The Two-Fly challenge begins on Friday morning with registration and a day of fishing. Friday evening is the fly tying demonstration with drinks and snacks. A full day of fishing on Saturday and then a nice dinner, guest speaker, awards ceremony and silent raffle on Saturday evening.
